Steve Jobs official Id was the one most sought after for consultation, reference, serendipitous achievements, and everything else that people felt comfortable in sharing with. This affability of the CEO from perhaps the verve digital company has been one of the prime reasons that epitomized Apple to its present state. An organization with its acme being a superlative form of ‘Visionary’, highly receptive form of acceptance towards ‘innovation’ and unconventionally ‘out-of-box’ promoter of ‘productivity’, ought to rose to the pinnacle in its respective business; Apple just being a practically enabled behemoth of the same in Digital world.
The present day corporate structure in India, (which has been in bland aspirations to get into more of MNC morphology) need a typical Steve Jobs sort of vision and stint. Lets skim through the various lacunas and possible cleaves that can be renovated and redesigned (as per Indian circumstances) so as to gain an edge and demarcate the performance via excellence. All we need is a leader, CEO/COO, perhaps someone who can not only orient the organizational structure as per Steve Jobs style of working and his ideological framework.
Let’s analyze the various aspects affecting an organization’s trajectory to glory viz. ‘External and Internal’ that if plied upon on the basis of Steve’s Ideology, would shape up an Indian Inc. to be as stupendous as Apple Inc.
